Pickup must be completed by Sunday, June 9 at 5PM. Pickup note: The high bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, June 9 at 5PM. The gate access is seven days, 7AM - 8PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, June 9 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The gate access code & the combination to the lock will be given after the invoice has been paid.
