Contents of Two Storage Units being sold by storage unit owner. One 10' x 15' Unit & One 10 'x 20' Unit. Contents include: Tools, Tool Box, Electrical Supplies, Pipes, Wire, Outdoor equipment, Teeter HangUps, Aluminum Loading Ramp, Household Items plus much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, June 30 at 5PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, June 30 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The storage facility closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, June 28 at 1PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. Items are located in Highland, NY.

Payment is due by Monday, June 24 at 3PM. **Note the accepted forms of payment for this auction.

Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.

Pickup must be completed by Sunday, June 30 at 5PM.

#1 – Item includes two Sea Doo Personal Water Craft (PWC), homemade trailer & covers. First jet PWC: 1995 Sea Doo XP with the Rotax 717 two stroke engine. The oil must be pre-mixed. VIN: ZZN44017K495. Mileage/hours are unknown. This is the classic & arguably the best hull ever made by Sea Doo. It is exceptionally clean for its age. Seller states, "It ran and drove when winterized last fall & it is smaller, more agile & fun than most modern PWC's. Some dash gauges do not work." This auction includes the trailer with many rebuilt parts, newer tires, cover, key, transferable registration & bill of sale. Second PWC: 1997 Sea Doo XP with the Rotax 787 two stroke motor. This is an oil injected high performance engine with Rave Valve technology. VIN: ZZNH1172D797 5662. Mileage/hours are unknown. Seller states, "It ran and drove when winterized last fall, it is fun & fast and in excellent condition. Some gauges do not work. There is a small leak in the exhaust."
