Dutchess County Historical Society (DCHS) Fundraising Auction of Unique Experiences and Gift Certificates Ending 11/13

100% of the auction proceeds benefit the DCHS. Every lot sells to the highest bidder. Payment will be made directly to DCHS, a 501-C3 Not for Profit Corporation so no sales tax will be charged. There is a 15% Buyers Premium which will also be going to the DCHS.

The DCHS does not receive any Federal, State or County funding. It relies solely on donations, membership dues and private sponsorships from people like you. Please support the 100+ year old “Mission” of the DCHS that has “collected, preserved and interpreted the history of Dutchess County, NY, from the period of the arrival of the first Native Americans until the present day.”

#7 – Bardavon Opera House Unique Back Stage Experience plus Four Tickets For The Sixth Annual Performance of Handel’s Messiah

The Bardavon 1869 Opera House is generously offering four seats to its on December 17, 2022 at 2:00 pm. For the 7th straight year, a celebration of Handel’s master work, featuring orchestra, the Cappella Festiva Chamber Choir and soloists. Due to continued COVID concerns, this year’s Messiah will be a concert version, except for the Hallelujah chorus, where you will be invited to sing-along! Snow date is Sunday, December 18th at 3pm. Before the show enjoy a backstage tour of the beautiful 1869 Bardavon Opera House. Also included is a membership to the Bardavon which allows you advance notice of Bardavon presented shows plus the opportunity to buy tickets before the general public.
