Contents include: Butterfield pottery collection, Ekornes Stressless leather recliner & ottoman,cameras/photography equipment, Gucci hi- top sneakers (size 11), vintage GI Joe foot locker with clothes, action figures & accessories, vintage Barbie cases, dolls & clothes, Pokemon starter box, JFK & Jackie dolls, Sciolari Lutcite three-tier rod chandelier, Legos with case/Lego-type table top, Matchbox/Hot Wheels cars/case, Atari games, comic books, baseball cards Small Soldiers figures, Pogs, Yu Gi Oh Egyptian Gods figures, record albums, solid oak flooring, commercial neutral wall paper rolls, Leopard stiletto chair, beauty salon sit down hairdryer, designer purses, belts (Gucci, Prada, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, etc.), hand carved Indian items, 3D pen, small appliances, household items & more. The authenticity has not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. The functionality of any/all electric/electronic items are unknown. The unit is located in Lake Katrine, NY. Pickup must be completed by THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the units or on the storage facility property & have the units broom swept clean by Thursday, September 18 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Thursday, September 18 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property. There is no live preview. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. The combination to the lock on the unit & the gate access codes will be given after the invoice has been paid.
