Contents of a 10' x 10’ storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include: Yamaha motorcycle, motorcycle helmet, Craftsman 21" front drive push lawn movers, outdoor/landscape equipment, power washer, outdoor fire pit, Century kick boxing training bag, tools, cases, bicycles plus much more. The motorcycle is being sold parts only. The seller nor the Absolute Auction Center nor the storage facility will not help in obtaining vehicle paperwork. The authenticity of items are unknown/have not been checked. The unit is located in Poughkeepsie, NY. Pickup must be completed by Sunday, November 2 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property & have the unit broom swept clean by Sunday, November 2 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Sunday ,November 2 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, October 31 at 2PM at the Auction Center office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
