The parcels will be offer by “Choice” to the highest
bidder.
"Choice" – Usually, properties are sold one at a time in numerical order, but sometimes it makes more sense to give people a "choice," especially with adjoining parcels. You may be interested in more than one parcel, but only if you knew for sure which lots you would be able to buy. We have a simple solution! 1. All of the properties are placed on the auction block at the same time as individual auction lots. 2. When bidding ends with the "highest-bidder," that bidder has earned the right of "choice" and the privilege to select what they want or even how many they want. 3. If the highest-bidder says, "I want both parcels; Parcel #X and Parcel #Y," then that purchaser would buy both of these separate parcels and pay TWICE their bid amount. (For example, if they bid $8,000.00, then the transaction would be recorded as "$8,000.00 for Parcel #X and $8,000.00 for Parcel #Y.)
If the highest-bidder only wanted 1 of the parcels,
they would simply pick which one they wanted and pay the amount they
bid for that single property.
