Cont floor lamp w/ glass shades and polished brass arms approx 5'Wx7'T. Wood coffee table is 27”sq x 19”H. Wood end table is 14.5”sq x 18”H. Oil on canvas of a winter scene signed A. Hackmann in a lg ornate gilt frame. Quality artificial plant 58”T in a wicker basket. Decorative contemporary artificial décor 50”T in a tall vase. Decorative wood box 11.5”sq x 14”H. Candle holder and round decorative vase. Sofa has tears along seams that appear ro be easy to fix-see photos for details. No other damage noticed. Located in basement w/ easy access outside.
