Real Estate Auction Live (In Person) Bidder Registration:

Persons attending the onsite auction will complete their registration documents in the presence of our staff. All registrants must provide a photo identification issued by a Federal, State or County Agency. A Photo Drivers License is always acceptable and recommended. You will need to know your Social Security Number.

If you are registering as an individual (or married partner) you will need to bring the following:

  1. Photo identification issued by a Federal, State or County Agency. (Driver’s license /Passport)
  2. Social Security Number.
  3. Proper down payment funds to the auction specified by the “Terms”

If you are registering as a Corporation you need to provide a copy of the following:

  1. A copy of the FILING NOTICE that you received from the state where your Corporation was (Sample Corporate Forms.)
  2. A copy of the notice that you received from the IRS/Treasury Department stating the Federal Identification Number that was assigned to your (Sample Corporate Forms.)
  3. A resolution from the Corporation Board of Directors authorizing whomever to purchase property on behalf of the Corporation. This original copy must include an impression created by your corporate (Sample Corporate Forms.)
  4. Bring proper down payment funds to the auction specified by the “Terms”

If you are registering as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) you need to provide a copy of the following:

  1. A copy of the FILING NOTICE that you received from the state where your LLC was (Sample Corporate Forms.)
  2. A copy of the notice that you received from the IRS/Treasury Department stating the Federal Identification Number that was assigned to your (Sample Corporate Forms.)
  3. Documentation identifying names and business addresses of all members and other authorized persons of the LLC. (Sample Corporate Forms.)
  4. Bring proper down payment funds to the auction site in the manner specified by the “Terms”

If you are registering and bidding for a person who cannot attend the auction, you will need the following:

  1. A limited power of attorney stating that you can bid on behalf of this person.
  2. A photocopy of the absentee bidder’s driver’s license.

Please note that if you are not a successful bidder, your Bidder’s Registration Package will be professionally destroyed by a shredding company.
