It is modeled after seller's hometown of Wilmington, Delaware with B&O and PRR freight and passenger trains and DuPont chemical works as the main industry. The track is all Peco, and the two blocks are powered by MRC with manual turnouts. The track is mounted on homasote board for easy removal over plywood and wood framework. Items in the layout include 9 diesel locomotives, 1 steam locomotive, 11 passenger cars, 21 box cars, 2 cabooses, 51 buildings, 80 vehicles, 26 people, and many more on reserve.
