All lots subject to seller approval. Invoices will be sent following Seller approval.

Payment is due by Friday, October 11 at 1PM.

Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.

Pickup is by appointment only & must be completed by Tuesday, October 15 at 2PM.

Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium for all lots. Payment is in guaranteed funds only which is cash, wire transfer, bank check or money order.
